The art and animations are pretty good, and the symbols are nice and thematic (even the low symbols, being 9 through A, are in keeping with the ancient Greek look). The wilds are Spartan soldiers, and with a line of these alone, the player can earn 1,000x! Land 3 of the shield scatter symbol and you'll enter the Battle Feature Free Games with 5 Free Spins. The more shields you rack up in the Free Spins, the more Free Spins you earn and the higher your multiplier goes. Get 2 more shields in the Free Spins and any wins will be multiplied by 5, and you'll get 5 more spins. 6 Shields gives 5 more spins and a multiplier of 25. 12 shields gives you another 5 more spins and a 300 multiplier for all wins. The game is a must play for fans of the 300 film, but the Free Spins make it a fun game to play regardless of your feelings on Ancient Greece. The concept is pretty simple, but it is presented in an interesting way, the option to customise your win lines means you can adjust the game to suit you, and landing a wild is as fun in this game as landing a wild can be.
